ILUX The ILUX LED lamps are covered by a 3-year standard limited warranty. If within the warranty period, products are found to have manufacturing defects, Huge Inventions will repair the products free of charge (see notes).
IMAG With effect from 6 Oct 2010, the IMAG LED lamps are covered by a 3-year standard limited warranty. If within the warranty period, products are found to have manufacturing defects, Huge Inventions will repair the products free of charge (see notes).
NEW LIGHT The NEW LIGHT LED lamps are covered by a 1-year standard limited warranty. If within the warranty period, products are found to have manufacturing defects, Huge Inventions will repair the products free of charge (see notes).
Note: 1. Warranty period starts from the date the products leave the factory plus one month or date received, which ever is earlier. The length of warranty is based on the above stated years or length of hours of operations as compared to the lifespan, which ever comes first. The LED lifespan is a function of temperature. Refer to datasheet for details. In the event that there is no datasheet or details in the datasheet, the LED lifespan is taken to be 10,000 hours. 2. The company reserves the right to provide credit to the customer in-lieu of replacement product or service. 3. Warranty does not cover any loss arising from the use or lack-of-use of the lamps. 4. Warrant does not cover freight, shipping, transport, custom and tax charges relating to the movement of goods to and from the purchaser and will be borne by purchaser. 5. Warranty does not cover natural LED light loss. 6. Warranty does not cover misuse or wrong installation. 7. For imag brand, warranty is limited to 5% of total quantity for the thrid year. 8. Warranty is void if products are tempered with.
